Yes! We now offer grocery store style shopping at the Meadows. "By the Piece" cuts are vacuum packed in clear packages at a USDA certified facility, and are weighed at the time of packaging with the weight clearly displayed on each label. We offer local delivery or on site shopping by appointment. "By the Piece" cuts are priced separately from bulk pricing and are updated weekly. Message me for current prices and cut availability.  

Yes. I occasionally have a cancellation, and do have a waiting list. Just send an email or text me, and I'll get you on the books. 

Not for bulk beef orders. USDA guidelines prevent me from handling the finished product ON BULK ORDERS after processing. It's illegal and carries  a hefty fine. You will have to pick up your bulk order from the butcher personally.

We offer 4 butcher shops depending on butcher scheduling, and which is closer to you. I will not use a butcher I have not personally observed or inspected their facility. I am very picky about cleanliness, packaging, and honest and fair dealings when choosing a butcher. I inspected the facilities, checked several references,  and interviewed and interrogated the owners prior to booking butcher slots. I cannot guarantee the level of quality I expect at other facilities so I'm not comfortable using anyone else at this time. 

Sorry, but no. Feed and hay are very expensive. The deposit received is spent on feed and hay.
